We're pretty clear about what we stand for here at most Lutheran Schools. We believe children learn best when surrounded with unconditional love and constant support, the type of environment best created by a Lutheran school. This leaves us ready to deliver our product, promise, and brand experience with total consistency. Doing so puts the odds strongly in our favor that we'll win out over other schools that shift with the wind, regardless of how beautifully they've polished their identities or their marketing materials.
To maintain a consistent brand that customers can count on, we need to:

• Be consistently true to the heart of our brand (our mission and ministry).
Every single experience students and families have with us should hold true to our basic principles, reflecting our brand. Even in the tough conversations and challenging situations, the people we deal with should be able to feel our care, our compassion, and our desire to work for the best in all things. No one should ever be able to doubt how much we love our students and care for our families. In this way, even those who move on from our school (for whatever reason) leave with a true understanding of our brand, of who we are and what we work for, and are likely not to speak badly of us to others. And of course, those who are happy will share profusely of their experience here!
